Your friends could be grouped and all groups by category are listed here. Latest and popular groups are listed here with the profile picture. My Group displays the group created by you.
You can create a new group at Create Group Specify a Group Name and add it to a category. You have an option to set the group as a Hidden Group, in which case the group cannot be viewed public. You can set the status between 'Yes' or 'No' for options as whether to allow Members to invite their friends to the group,

You can also give a short and long description about the group.
